AD MELIORA was founded in 2011. Our name is derived from the Latin for “towards better” and defines us well as we pride ourselves in always reaching higher. Our goal is to give our private investors, big and small, a reliable alternative investment opportunity in the US Real Estate market. To minimize risk we invest in good neighborhoods of world class cities like Boston. We look for projects where everyone (the company, it's investors, and the community) emerges a winner! We pride ourselves in providing our investors higher than industry standards returns, but we try to do this while improving the neighborhood. We renovate distressed buildings to improve streets, we develop underused land to improve neighborhoods, and we acquire financially challenged projects that have positive community benefits. Currently, we manage about $200 million in assets for our investors.
